Just wow! We had such an unforgettable time! The big comfy beds were bliss, and the staff was super helpful. Loved the outside terrace for drinks and breakfast was top-notch, best eggs benedict ever. One small hiccup was the limited parking, but that didn’t ruin our stay at all! Can’t wait to come back!

The location makes it easy to stroll into the city and reach all the attractions quickly. Comfy Superior Double Rooms provide a spacious seating area and a bathroom with a unique view of the city.

Unfortunately, the parking fee felt excessive at £26, especially considering the premium cost of the room. The complimentary bathrobes were in rough shape, lacking the comfort that was expected. I also noticed some inconsistencies in room amenities like incomplete tea selections and half-used water bottles from past guests. Additionally, issues with the shower not functioning properly and uncomfortable temperatures made for a less-than-ideal experience during my stay.

Gonville Hotel offered a beautifully decorated room with a cozy atmosphere. The spacious layout made it feel inviting. I appreciated the complimentary Bentley tour, which was a special touch. The driver, Elliott, made the experience memorable with his knowledge. Breakfast options were decent, though a bit limited. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were a nice perk. However, there was an issue with the bathroom design. the shower flooded the floor, creating a mess after each use. While the staff were friendly, they could improve on attentiveness during peak times as the dining service felt a bit slow on a busy morning. Overall, the location was excellent for exploring Cambridge too, easy to walk to nearby attractions.

I had a delightful stay at the Gonville while exploring Cambridge. The beautiful room and the unique Bentley ride made my time truly special. Though the breakfast service was a bit slow, the staff's attentiveness shone through and added to my enjoyable experience.

the gonville hotel is so grand and beautifull when u walk in. the classic double room was super clean and comfy. the staff were all really friendly and helpfull, made us feel at home. loved the free cookies at reception, such a nice touch! the location was spot on, close to everything.

the bathroom was kinda small and could use more privacy, and the restaurant's menu was a bit basic for the price.

The Classic Double Room was large and bright, with a super comfy king bed that made for great sleep. I loved the little extra touches like the coffee machine and pillow menu. The decor was really nice and everything felt very clean. The only downside was that the bathroom had a sliding door that didn’t close properly.
